Ingredients
2 tbsp oil (or butter) 油（或牛油）
2 garlic cloves 蒜頭
250g chicken thigh fillets 雞腿肉
150g spaghetti or pasta of your choice 義大利麵
2 mozzarella slices (or any cheese of your choice) 馬蘇里拉芝士片（或你喜歡的芝士片）
200ml heavy cream 重奶油
50ml fresh milk 鮮奶
Marinating sauce for the chicken 雞腿肉醃料:
1/2 tsp corn starch 生粉
1/2 tsp salt 鹽
1 tbsp water 水
