      Practicing, patience, good quality products and the nails should stay good. Also learn from mistakes which I did for quite a while when I was a home user. Thank you very much for watching. Xx

    Just love your videos! Do you maybe have one on doing french nails with Gum Gel?

    • @GlitterShineNails
      @GlitterShineNails  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have done a French pink and white using the gum gel. I didn't however film it but it is something I can do though, I don't however like to use the dual forms I created mine by building it like I would for an extension. Glad you like my videos thank you for watching. Xx

      No worries I'll most probably do it with a mani design, as I was asked to do a video about working with dried flowers so I'll combine them together. Xx

      As I've been using it for almost 2 years I've found with time I've got used to it. To get it out easier i fold over the closed end to push down it's so much easier. Thank you very much for watching. Xx

      Comes in clear white this cover pink and a soft pink. I believe I've also seen it in another 4 colours but don't think gel nails have them. X

    Hi love your videos
    Can I ask what peel off Base do u use and your application and removal info. I've got 2 peel off bases and struggle to get off tia xxx

    • @GlitterShineNails
      @GlitterShineNails  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I use unt peel off base coat I purchase it from rainbow connections in the UK. It's the best and only base coat I will purchase I've tried others but they are rubbish. My Application is I apply one coat and allow to fully dry it can take a good 5 minutes. And then to remove I apply some cuticle oil over the nail and allow to soak for a few minutes then with my cuticle tool just slightly push under the nail polish and peel it off. Hope this helps. Xx

    Hey, was just wondering where you get your isopropyl alcohol from to blend the gel? :)

    • @GlitterShineNails
      @GlitterShineNails  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I purchase mine from Ebay, however because of the current situation in the world it's very hard to find people are charging alot more than what the normal price is. You can also use gel cleanser its isopropyl alcohol based so will work as well. But super hard to find. Thank you very much for watching. Xx

    What would you recommend to clean brushes with after using gum gel

    • @GlitterShineNails
      @GlitterShineNails  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I had to throw away a brush because I forget too clean it. I've used 3 different products isopropyl alcohol, acetone and brush cleaner and they all work well. I don't use the acetone much as it can ruin brushes. Hope this helps thanks for watching. X

    Hi there I’m new to doing my own nails at home and chose the blue sky gum gel
    I just wondered with the clear 1 do you think you could mix glitter in it to zhoosh it up a bit, would it still cure ok?
    Thanks Kim x

    • @GlitterShineNails
      @GlitterShineNails  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't know if you can or not the only thing is you could mix air bubbles into it. I tried mixing the pink and clear together and it was full off them even after leaving it 48 hrs to sit. I am going to be doing a video on encapsulation off glitter and bits. I would say give it a go I would put a bit off each next to each other and just add it bit off the glitter at a time and see what it does.

    Hello. I’ve been wanting to try polyGel for a while now. Question. Do you have to paint on a gel base before you do the fill or do you just do it. I’m just wondering what the benefit of that is. Seems like a waste of you are just going over it with the product.

    • @GlitterShineNails
      @GlitterShineNails  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ok I can understand what your saying, however I've seen people say that without the base coat layer the polygel won't stick properly to the nail and just comes off. When I infil I remove the bulk of the polygel then base coat over that the rebuild the nail with polygel. I've seen many people do it this way I've been doing this with polygel for over a year now and it's never failed. Hope this helps any other questions just ask I'm always about. Thank you very much for watching. Xx

      Glitter Shine Nails awesome you do great work. Was just curious why the 2 coats of clear before the product was added.

    • @GlitterShineNails
      @GlitterShineNails  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That for me all depends on how low I take the product down and how much regrowth I've had. But one coat will be enough, I do like to start a fresh full set with 2 coats tho. Xx
