I tried the toothpaste a while back and it was extremely damaging to my skin. It works to remove the pimples, however I was left with blotchy red skin which eventually dried out to the point of flaking. Caution to those with sensitive skin!

The cold water trick on the nails will cause bubbles to form under the polish I don't advise it. Swishing hydrogen peroxide around in your mouth after brushing has kept me from having a single cavity in 23 years! And even saved me 2 root canals that the dentist said needed to be done!
