      Hey Maddie try blending some of the mangoes , strawberries with a little maple syrup and cinnamon to pour over the oats leave some mangoes and strawberries to use as garnish it's the bomb.

    I have just recently made the transition to become a vegan (as of yesterday) from watching your videos. Over a year and a half ago I started being pescatarian, then in August of last year I made the transition to being a vegetarian. After seeing some of your videos I made a realization - I'm not eating any healthier by being a vegetarian (though I transitioned mostly for the cruelty aspect). I feel as if being a vegan can change that and I will feel better that I am not contributing to the animal cruelty in the world as much. All of your recipes, even with ingredients I normally dislike, look so good! You're so inspiring and I look forward to continuing to watch you.

    After being a vegetarian for 8+ years, I'm finally transitioning over to a plant-based lifestyle! As a Nutritionist, I know it's irresponsible to ignore the science and the true benefit that fruit & veg has for you ❤️
    It really is easy, just takes adjustment!

      You may already know this, but setting your "yellow" storage containers out in the sun for a little while will clear them back up again. I died some Tupperware and blender containers yellow and after setting them in the sunshine they look good as new!

    May I ask where do you get most of vitamin b5 from ? I struggle to get that more than my usual 105% (and only with 2 tbs of nutritional yeast), don' t know if there is something I could improve about it

    I rewatch your videos because I can't get enough lol! I showed my boyfriend your meals and how your boyfriend has lots of muscle! He seems to think veganism means you lose all your muscle and I try telling him that's not the case! I've always been into trying to get him to become vegan with me...we watched cowspiracy and what the health, and right after the second documentary, he looked at me and just said "I'm vegan, let's make some stir fry!". Because of you and Ellen fisher, I've been vegan for about a month and I already feel amazing!! But that ain't the point. I always wanted to be with someone who had the same point of view on health and a vegan lifestyle, and finally have it! I now have a vegan partner! So glad he transitioned and each time you post we both watch your video just so he sees even more possibilities for meals!☺️☺️☺️

      Maddie Lymburner I know I'm so excited! This morning he woke me up and he'd be researching about how bad certain foods are that he would regularly eat like eggs and breads, in like I've been telling you! I'm so proud of him and I totally owe it to you because your food really makes it prove that we don't just need to eat apples and potatoes to be healthy and you can have lots of fun with food!

    Why did you consider sodium as not important? It plays a big role body physiology. For keeping the gradient of electrolytes upright between the inner and the outer of our cells sodium is essential. The daily intake for an adult should be 550 mg at minimum. If you drink a lot you need even more because you lose a lot more minerals then.

    Hi Maddie. I have watched most of your videos and I am wondering if you can do a video and talk about glycemic load and if you think or are concerned at all about this in your diet. I noticed the high sugar counts in the foods you consumed today and the high glycemic foods you do eat quite a bit and can you comment on this subject at all?       I've never tried cauliflower rice before! I'd honestly just prefer to eat brown rice and cauliflower! haha But I can definitely give it a shot!

    I've never added hemp seeds to a smoothie, but I can only imagine it tastes amazing because of the nutty kind of flavour. I also love the tip you gave about the spinach!! That's seriously so smart hahaha I always have little green flecks in my teeth after 😐

    Doesn't the turmeric make it taste funny? Every time I add turmeric to anything I feel like it ruins the taste :/ Mango is the best fruit by far and your wraps look totally gorgeous

    How much did you pay yours ? The one i could get is 12$. Its sooo cheap !

    I'm vegetarian ( but vegan majority of the time) because I'm still in school and when I go to parties and school camps I usually have to eat cheese pizza or something because I feel like it's too hard for them to find anything else but as soon as I leave school I'm 100% going vegan and I always feel gross when I eat things with eggs or dairy in them anyway.

      That's so awesome to hear! Thank you :) It's never too hard for people to accomodate... you just have to ask! There's people who are allergic to dairy and can't consume it. Just because you choose not to eat it, doesn't make it any different! Always, always, always ask and never feel ashamed. It's YOUR body, and YOU decide what goes into it... nobody else!

      Thank you! I'm not sure as I don't weigh my food, and we don't measure anything in grams here. But I did a quick google search and it said about 72 grams!

    I love your videos. Buuuut I have a question.
    I don't like sweet patato, cannot even smell them because I got really sick after eating them once. I don't think that has anything to do with the patato but me.
    However, I was wondering if you could prepare a normal patato like poking the holes in them and make that filled patato you made in another video.

    Do you ever salt your foods/worry about sodium intake since so many biological processes require Na+? Just curious! I started salting my oatmeal in the mornings since I sweat so much on my morning runs :p

    I noticed on tumblr lots of people are giving you a hard time about calories... I think a lot of us are realizing that eating as much as you want and eating as much as you physically can are two different things. I know i have anyway, I used to eat wayyyyy to much food and I ignored my hunger cues and when I felt full, now I listen to my body and I feel sooo much better!

      Yeah, I think people just look too much into things. There's really no need to stress that much about food... not to mention someone else's food haha especially if they are genuinely eating enough and promoting a sustainable diet! But it's okay, people are curious! I totally agree!

      The tahini sauce is just straight tahini! And as for the cauliflower, I didn't measure out the ingredients I put in it so I'll have to perfect it. But basically just mix about 3-4 tbsp of curry powder, a little bit of paparika, a few tbsp of maple syrup, and then add some type of plant milk to thin it out. Then add about 1 tsp of flax seeds, and add flour until it becomes a thicker consistency!

    So I see that you ate around 2400 calories, abd you burned around 2200 calories. I know this may be a dumb question but I'm new to veganism and I'm really confused D: What happens to those excess calories? Are they not converted to fat? Are they converted to muscle? Do you maintain your weight on this diet or are you constantly gaining muscle or fat slightly? Sorry for all the questions I'm just super curious!! :) (I would appreciate a response from anyone that knows about this btw,; I understand its highly unlikely maddie will have time to respond to me haha)
