Our company adheres to superior quality standard. Each piece of engineered hardwood flooring produced demonstrates high stability. The veneers are hand sorted individually to the specified grading and checked for thickness. The sorted veneers are kiln dried to balance moisture level imparting high stability to the finished product. The veneer is glued with high quality adhesive, cold pressed, repaired for knots and cracks to ensure superior quality. The repaired boards are wrapped in plastic to retain moisture content. The boards are sawn in sawing machine to produce individual pieces, sanded, checked for thickness and subsequently packaged in export quality carton and waterproof plastic film. The side and end of packages are labeled with information. The packaged products are neatly stacked on carts for shipping.

👍 Nice video of modern flooring production! What keeps the veneers from sliding when they are being glued onto the plywood?

When it go into the pressing machine it could slide a little bit, maybe 1-2mm, but we leave 10mm extra, so it will still be enough for milling for tongue and groove/click system production.
