I’ve followed Hon Kennedy Agyapong’s campaign speeches in recent times.
The fact that he began his speech in this video with Promises, Benevolence and largess is a clear sign that the Government has disappointed in that community.
The NPP is using Kennedy to clean up their shortfalls. It’s pathetic but then I feel Hon Kennedy’s popularity with Ghanaian grassroots is being taken advantage off by the Government
