The screw heads are very prone to stripping and are pretty poor quality for the standard we expect from RRS. Be warned, the screws are NOT 6/40 x 5/8” like the video description states. I called RRS after ordering those screws and them not working. I was told the screws are made in house and they sent me them a few to replace the stripped heads. Just call RRS direct.

The tolerance in these screws are way too loose. I am using the same exact 2mm bondhus hex key shown in this video. The play between the two are unacceptable. I cant believed we paid $400 dollars and we have to deal with some engineers mistake. Ya'll got to make this right!
