I also saw Tom Ford in London over a few decades ago on Bond Street, I said hi and he smiled and said hello back a very warm and plesant Man. He was dressed in an incredible suit and his glasses just WOW. A talented designer who has made such a huge impact in fashion, art, music and film. Tom is an Icon and legend. The moment I learned that it was actually Tom Ford who directed Nocturnal Animals, I was in shock. He truly IS perfectionist to bring such a fantastic movie. This was only his second film but he literally killed it.
I remember watching Nocturnal Animals and when I realized Tom Ford directed it, I was so shocked. Not that I would assume he wouldn’t do it well but that he had the time! It’s amazing what all he accomplishes in the creative world, no matter the medium. Truly brilliant.
