    Two tips: Stop filling the planter 4 inches below the soil level. Place your cane seed with the nodes up and then cover your cane with the remaining soil. This with make planting easier. Always place the nodes towards the sky.

      HEY Guitarman!!! Yes, the green is the one. A coworker of mine yesterday asked me if I had any green sugarcane. I said not not, but I gave her some of the other one. How long have you played the guitar? I took lessons and stopped. I keep looking at my guitars. Maybe one day I will try again.

      10 years, that's cool. I'm sorry to hear you had to stop playing. I have wanted to learn ever since I heard B.B King as a little boy and watching the movie Cross Roads

    Good evening, love your channel, thanks for sharing i was confused if you were using other soul or just the black cow and another compost. I have red cane from esty, it pretty and healthy. Growing un a container

      Hey! I'm glad you love the channel. I'm using black cow compost mostly, and I added some leaf mold as well because I had some. It's fine with just the compost. I hope you get some nice cane.

    You only use manure and fertilizer? Are you layering the cane or are you just putting one layer then soil in the container?

    • @GrowSomethingTasty
      @GrowSomethingTasty  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey Brandy!!! Yes, that's all I am using. You are correct. I am just putting them on one layer of soil and then covering them up.
