Richard was one of a kind. He often said he was happy acting like a clown if it brought joy to people, and it would also make you focus on him so he could deliver his important messages of self love. I was looking forward to his public comeback before he passed. RIP, Richard.
One of the biggest lessons I learnt from him was how to react to hateful people. I remember being a kid and seeing people make fun of him in a way that was over the line and he always threw love and humour back at them no matter how mean they were.
Even though they were terribly mean to him, his Howard Stern appearances changed my view of him forever. He’s an amazingly funny high energy positive person
For all the over the top antics that he does he really does help people. He gives good advice and practical advice that everyday people can follow easily.
This man is a national treasure. Like Mr Roger’s, this man is a gift as he cares about others. He’s not about a personal agenda, he is out to help and that is tops in my book.

This man really had a big heart but he knew how it was to have low self confidence, struggle with weight and got bullied. He's totally unique as a person but so incredibly relatable.

I remember watching his show back in the 80’s. I’ve used his DVD’s to exercise with over the years. He is an inspiration to so many people. The one thing I disagree with is his statement regarding doing good things to get to Heaven. Ephesians 2:8 says “For by grace you are saved through faith, and this not of yourselves; it is the gift of God”. Accepting Jesus as your Savior is the only way to get to Heaven.
