I know this is a joke, but as a real doctor and having attended many surgeries, there are some processes that time is necessary and a lengthy check is more important to avoid bleeding after surgery than being fast during the surgery. (Not to mention that this would be pretty dangerous as human tissue can be very weak sometimes). It would be very fun to watch though, and probably this can help to develop better robotics for surgery (robotic surgery is pretty common nowadays in some situations)
or a robot to kill you in a milisecond from 3 killometers away if you dont comply to the rules , yes robots will definetely be abused by the government

It's not the speed that's the issue; it's the dexterity and gracility. Robot hands are still not quite as graceful as human hands when it comes to micro and macromovements.
