- This video features the latest update of New Manila International Airport located near Brgy.Taliptip in Bulakan Bulacan.
New Manila International Airport is a proposed development project to construct a second airport and attendant 2,500 hectare 'airport city' in the Filipino capital of Manila. The new airport is expected to complement air traffic operations at the existing and congested Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Two potential locations - Sangley Point (proposed by Japan International Cooperation Agency) and Manila Bay (proposed by San Miguel Corporation) - were subject to consideration by the Filipino Government. The government confirmed Manila Bay will no longer be pursued as a site option for the new Manila Airport, with the proposal for Bulacan by San Miguel Corporation for the New Manila International Airport project securing Department of Transportation approval. The PPP proposal involves construction operation, and maintenance of the airport on a 2500 hectare area of land in Bulacan, north of Manila Bay. Philippines' Department of Transportation (DOTr) and San Miguel Corporation (SMC) signed an agreement on 18-Sep-2019, allowing SMC to commence works on the PHP735 billion (USD14 billion) New Manila International Airportproject in Bulacan.

Bulakan Bulacan is a flood prone area, I know cause I live in Panginay Balagatas. Kapag nagbabakasyon ako sa pinas tuwing lalabas kami we will always check yung oras ng high tide to make sure na makaUwi kami bago mag high-tide if not hindi maipapasok ang sasakyan at siguradong maglalakad kami sa baha. Elevated na yung bakuran namin pero may time na pinapasok pa rin ng tubig hanggang sa may gate. Sabi naman nila ay may ginagawa na daw na dalawang dike (nalimutan ko lang kung saan) para nga sa flood control. I believe naman that they did their research and thorough planning kaya let's all be optimistic about this project. I can't wait na next time magbakasyon sa pinas ay 15mins lang eh nasa bahay na ko.

makukumpleto daw ito by year 2027 to 2028 ang Bulacan Airport na isasama nila sa Fully Operation ng MRT Line 4 Monorail, LRT Line 1 South Extension to Cavite, Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge at Metro Manila Subway. But wait there's more! meron pa itong connection sa railway at elevated expressway na posibleng project ni San Miguel Corporation: MRT Line 7 from San Jose Del Monte na posibleng i-extend hanggang New Manila International Airport at SKYWAY Stage 3 Extension na under construction near NLEX Balintawak Toll Plaza to New Manila International Airport, ayon kay San Miguel Corporation Pres. Ramon S. Ang posibleng pabibilisin ang biyahe nito for Example in SKYWAY Stage 3 from NAIAX to NMIA ay aabutin daw ito ng 15 to 35 minutes, from NLEX to NMIA ay aabutin ito ng 45 minutes, sa MRT Line 7 naman ay pabibilisin din ito ang byahe from North EDSA to Airport ay aabutin daw ito ng 45 minutes na kapareho lang sa Stage 3. Sa NSCR ng PNR ay makukumpleto ang Phase 1 at Phase 2 by year 2023 hanggang 2024 na isasabay din ito sa LRT Line 2 West Extension, at MRT Line 7, samantala naman sa Phase 3 ay makukumpleto din sa 2025 na isasabay naman sa Partial Operability ng Metro Manila Subway Line 9

I been hearing this project for a long time at first it’s hard to believe because no bloggers are really blogging it . Kung meron man all they showed are pure government proposals on the project. Ikaw pa Lang ang unang nag blog na Kung Saab talaga itong NMIA sa bulacan. Maganda sana ang location ng New Manila International Airport kaya lang ang labas/paligid ng location ay squater and disorganized parin as in hindi makikita ang development sa lugar na yan idagdag pa ang mga kable ng kuryente at mga jeep it takes 100 years para magmukhang first world ang pilipinas.
Ok lang yan basta may expressway connected sa New Manila para dimuna madaaanan yang mga lubog na kalye or squatter areas..

Flood prone area to build a big international airport is not a good idea. I think they should think again until they have proper flood control. Sana di maging floating airport.
Consider not the airport alone but the way going there is not flooded too.

Good day,para hindi bumaha sa buong Bulacan,e DREDGING ang mga ilog,gaya sa Holland,buong taon na dene DREDGING ang ilog nila dahil may mga parte sa Holland na below sea level,lulubog ang lugar nila pag hindi denedredging at ang ilog dinadaanan ng barko para sa cargo na nasa midland area.
