Damn I almost skipped the gym today, because I am moving home tomorrow, had too much thing to do, but after watching this video I packed my gym bag and I am on my way to the gym. No days off, purpose over pleasure. To all the beautiful people here, when you feel weak, scared, alone, just remember, that you are not alone, just keep going no matter what, you will thank yourself later. Have a great day, let's get it!

I drive a dump truck collecting curbside waste up here in Canada. Yesterday was -11C at 645am....part of the job is getting out and tossing shit in the back. We usually are paired up with another driver and switch out every hour, hour outside, hour in the truck. We work minimum 10 hour days.
I listen to Wes and when im out there loading in minus temperatures I hear voice " cmon dog, faster, ya load that shit bro"
I run to those calls! Its basically a 1 hour workout 4 times a day!!!
Thats my program. Get up at 4am. Get to work. Smash workouts!

@Beeblebrox One if it's possible, bring a dry shirt to change into.
If changing doesn't work because there is no shelter, I would invest in some thermal wear. This stuff is designed to absorb the sweat and prevents the sweat from soaking into the clothes.
I totally understand man. I myself used to change shirts and pants at lunch break, but eventually went to thermal wear.
      Take care.

Étienne de Gaulle You probably have practically none of the surface superficial things in common with Wes just like me. As Wes put it “your vibe attracts your tribe”. We have more of the IMPORTANT THINGS in common. I don’t even know you and I know
      1. you want to be more than you are
2.I know you want to make tomorrow better than today
      3. I know you’re willing to put in the work
      4. I know you’re humble enough to listen to learn a lesson.
That’s 4 things from a complete stranger I bet are true about you. I know because it is are true about me and 80% of the people who just watched this vid. We are on that vibration, and we were drawn here.

And over time when I started seeing certain behaviors in myself, the types of things you talk about on the regular that hold us back from our full potential, I realized I got work to do on myself. And now when I catch myself engaging in those thoughts and behaviors that are only tearing me down and not building me up...I'm hearing your voice in my head pointing me to the right way of thinking and making the better decisions for myself. My point is, in the beginning, you were the joke. But it turns out I'm the one thats being the joke to myself. You got through to me. Gonna be a hard road to get where I gotta go with myself, but I ain't gonna be afraid of that road....now I welcome it. Thanks man, keep on keeping it real. Please allow me, my son follows you, taking a break from dishes I noticed your title 'free your mind' which I happen to be working on, (at my age I've been down a few roads myself), mastering those triggers, vices, sugar, junk foods, being reactive, for example road rage, let it go. I'm making positive changes gaining daily momentum several years now. I must say listening to your words of wisdom and common sense Wes was heartfelt tapped into my subconscious creating such inspiration leveling me up, I thought for a few seconds I was levitating off my chair!! Thank you! Gentlemen I'll excuse myself from the mansparation ;) Here's to 2020 vision.

Wes’ most powerful quote for his own growth is “life happens for me,” it’s every one of our responsibilities to find a similarly powerful message that drives us. Mine is “pride earned through discipline is the only sustainable form of joy.” I didn’t hear it anywhere, I had always known it, and over time I found the courage to put that message into words, which I hadn’t done before because discipline is hard, and I was weak. I wanted to believe there was a way to extract free happiness in this world, there isn’t, period. This is the most universal law I’ve observed in life.

Went back and forth with ol Wes for a bit... but I’ll tell you what I’m a sucker for passion and wisdom and this man brings it EVERY video.
Humility, respect, reflection, right action. Love how you put an edge on topics that discussed by most would be dull and boring.

Wes is a good fitness role model with prison experience. I think what hes motivating us to do is to be strong in general in life. I dont think making fun of people is a part of becoming successful. Thanks for sharing wes.

Last year and beyond I was doing some drugs, smoking and chewing tobacco, drinking heavy on the weekends, at some point I was possessed with the inspiration to stop drugs including nicotine. Two weeks ago I finally quit drinking and I have worked on myself every day to become a positive person that people look up to, to stop being beta and being a positive leader to people who need help. I wouldn’t have quit drinking if it wasn’t for your videos, therefore probably wouldn’t be doing this much good for others right now.thanks

Truth as always Wes. I’ve got the book and have had it for weeks already and still not done with it because I’m constantly rereading the things that I’m unfamiliar with. Had my five-year-old daughter watching walking the yard with me the other night when I was at home. I want her to start absorbing these teaching while she’s young.

Wes, I want to thank you for making a difference in this world. I for over 20 years have been wanting to kill my step dad for everything he has done to me throughout my life. I have so much anger and rage because of him and thanks to you and your words of wisdom I have learned to let it go. I am learning to not hold anger or grudges in I have been so damaged by this individual. Thank you so much for clearing my mind. Know that you are making changes on this planet. Thank you carnal. 805 loves you Wes!!

I've been lurking around in the background for a while watching these videos and finally subscribed. People may call for new content and it's interesting to hear some new stories but I believe that quote that you have, that 'repetition is strength'. I go back and listen to the ones that hit home for me and here you are confirming that these successful execs say they read the same few books over and over in their career. Proof positive right there. Here's when I knew it was sinking in, me driving to town the other day and twisted off at another driver doing something stupid cuz I have a quick temper too and I said Hey! (to myself) watch your triggers and step back from yourself and witness. Keep up the good Wes, I've got the quote book going, in my 50's on a diet and exercising. Thanks.

When you stick to the positive, highlighting your success you physically look good, you showed the result of your growth VS talking about it, happier today that I've seen. That's awesome because you said your vice is being angry, that didn't come through this video.

I like your style of teaching life concepts. Its like the big brother figure I had training me in martial arts... often the things he said to me were unpleasant and made me face unpleasant facts about myself... over time, those things turned out to be the building blocks for my every good quality.. Keep it up big Wes, this shit right here keeps me going.
