Man i think i seen you a few weeks ago out in the foggy weather we was yellow perch fishing. Great videos as well. We will be back out in a few weeks to get some videos as well i might have to try the upper area seems like the bigger fish are up that way.
Hey man feel free to say hi if you see me out there. Hope you got in to those perch, that's something I always wanted to try going for them down there. Seems like a lot of fun and good eating. And yeah this time of year the bigger blue cats seem to stack up above that bridge for whatever reason. Thanks for watching!
WOW You don’t need to go to a gym when you’re getting a workout like that. Great job. I like it when I can hear your line sings like a banjo. Please be careful out there don’t want you falling in
Thanks man yeah those days are workouts for sure. They don't always work out that great but when everything comes together it makes ya feel like you know what you're doing. I just kept going back while those conditions were still going there. And I try very hard to be as careful as possible out there. I have a family to go home to so I just take it slow and easy and always were a life jacket. Thanks again for watching!
That was awesome! Floodwater fishing is really something else. Any thoughts on what the difference was between those last few spots and the ones where you crushed it?
Thanks a lot man I appreciate it! Yeah that flooding definitely had them fired up. The last few spots were later in the day and below that bridge. It's real hit or miss for me down there especially later in the day. I swear I get all my bites up to 11 or 11:30 then just can't make it happen. I'm sure evening would be good too but I usually pack it in when I get hungry.
Thanks man I was on a hot streak there for a bit. I was just lucky to have off while they were biting and be able to make use of it. And yeah that cold really messes with my cameras it gets pretty annoying at times.
A 30lb claw anchor and finding a good rock for it to hold on. Luckily that boat is tiny and light so it doesn't take much to hold it even in crazy conditions. I'd love to get Spotlock but I'm kinda cheap so not in the cards right now. It looks incredibly handy though.
Man I think that would have been next to impossible unless it decided to swim up towards the boat for me. The big ones do seem to do that for some reason though. But if it curled it's body there would be no way that water was raging.
Thanks bud and yeah I was really getting on them. I have one more good trip there I need to make but then it just shut off. Hopefully they are biting again. I was talking to someone and I guess with all the snow melt and rain the ramp at Port Deposit is blown out. I'd like to get down there again soon when the weather gets a little better.
So far I haven't noticed an issue with it. I've wondered about that myself to be honest but I think the hook point sticks up far enough to hookup before the rattle gets in the way. I just know in that current the rattles got bit a lot more than the lines without. Thanks for watching!
Thanks! I didn't do the best at showing it, but it was non-stop in that second spot for most of the time I was there and it was a major pain. But with the fish biting like that it was worth fighting the crap in the river.
Awesome dude is see u understand when the bite is good chase it till it stops
Yeah man for sure. I was lucky enough that the bite was on during my winter vacation around Christmas and New Years so I made the most of it.
Amigo great bite awesome fishing great Cats solid workout😅, nice 🎣🤘🏽.
Thanks! I hope you get on a bite like that soon, they don't come very often in life but man are they fun!

Brother you been on them an a awesome job at filming especially in those conditions graduations 👍

What were you using to hold the boat in those conditions? Anchor, Spotlock?

Wow imagine pulling in a 60+ in that current and junk 😳
Man I think that would have been next to impossible unless it decided to swim up towards the boat for me. The big ones do seem to do that for some reason though. But if it curled it's body there would be no way that water was raging.
Wow, another awesome video. Those fish were chewing.
Thanks a lot man! Yeah I was lucky to get on a streak with those fish down there. They didn't care one bit about all the crap in the water.
Another fun video Cory! Contact me
Thanks a lot man! I'll get a hold of you through messenger.
That was awesome man getting some really good fish down there that last spot is a good one I'm pretty sure that's the small hump I fish at

What size weight do you use in current like that ?
Probably 12oz would be great but I only have 10s so I just use them. They work but I think 12s would be better.
Great video man!
Appreciate it! Thanks for taking the time to always watch!
Have you ever had any issues on hook sets with that rattle being that close to the hook?

I’m ordering me some . So if I start losing fish I’m blaming you brother lol
Nice fish and plentiful.
That was a bunch of debris going by.

Thanks so much for the video brother, have a great weekend brother!
Thank you as always George! Hope you have a great weekend too!
