This is actually an RA room (so yes a single) at Beachside village! I’ve seen the Parkside North rooms and they are similar in terms of the furniture except they also include wardrobes instead of the built in mirrored closets. Additionally, the couch I brought myself and is not provided in the dorms. I did get it at ikea for $140 tho;) Thank you for commenting!
