I am staying there. The major downside in this township is the poor road condition, very bumpy and alot pot holes. I have asked the Developer, those are private roads, but the Developer seems take no action to fix it. We as resident has suffered for years. That is a contrast to the beautiful landscape and community.
Last time I was comparing semenyih eco world semi d and jendela kl, what a coincidence is that Bobby did both reviews of these projects. Almost the same price, ask yourself Semi D "semenyih" or Condo "KL". One is "very the far" but you can enjoy the grand environment another one is located at the prestigious location which is KLGCC. In the end, I choose Jendela over Eco world. Anyway, great video Bobby, hope you do more for this kind of video.
For me i was comparing elmina reesia 40x80 semi d, jendela and ejo majestic semi d..but finally i buy terrace elmina green four..coz i can't afford to buy that kind of houses..hahahahaha..sorry for bad english too..huhu
This show unit is mock up unit only.They will demolish it when they complete all phase. Don't deceived by all fancy indoor interior..It's totally different with actual unit.The price is over the ceiling
Nice housing estate however very far from reality. Traveling daily to the city like KL, PJ or Shah Alam area will be an absolute nightmare with the traffic.
im owner of phase 1 semi-d stoneridge ..what i can tell u is ,the unit quality is really bad....sell at this price (overpriced at this area) but poor workmanship..good luck
How about smell polution from ladang kerbau south setia ecohill 2? My chinese friend buy at eco majestic said udara yg busuk disni.Lagipun ada kilang proses kelapa sawit juga di atas.
The side garden 10ft length seems correct.. but the show unit backyard definitely more than 10ft length, doesnt represent the actual unit if its only 10ft..

Rich rich people one staying there..house price goes up one..but facility improve from time to time..fancy food and fancy grocery over there..kampung road has to be improve one..the lanscape looks beauty but poor maintenance..can see from main road in eco masjetic one..lalang2 panjang2 one..very sakit mata see these thing…but night view can tolerate one.,

Road access to Eco Majestic is horrible. My relative warned me to drive slowly going there because of the pot holes
