An alternate universe where Josuke, the last of the Joestar bloodline, is left to fight DIO would be sick. Only question is, would he die from the sickness or survive
Imagine walking around and you see a half naked man with a shadow on his face punching a dog and sometimes the dog even gets thrown back by nothing and then randomly knives appear and hit the dog and then the person pours blood on the dogs corpse. And also he teleports around with a book.
Very confused about how this timeline would have gone down: * Polnareff is killed before the events of the Part. * Avdol dies during his encounter with DIO. * Kakyoin is eliminated after having second thoughts about serving DIO and returning to Cairo. * Iggy is taken out by DIO in the middle of the desert, with neither of them having any real reason to be there. * Joseph somehow didn't crash a plane headed straight to Cairo with Jotaro (who mastered his Stand off-screen). * Jotaro and DIO head back to DIO's place for their final battle, after the latter finishes off Joseph. * Immediately after killing Jotaro, DIO drains a random lady's blood. * DIO wins, and then goes on to "conquer the world", by which he means that he goes on to attain Heaven.
Due to the mistake in Shadow DIO's ending, it'd appear that Alessi somehow revived Joseph and then turned him into his younger self from part 2. So I guess Alessi's a good guy in this timeline and the final fight is about to happen yet between Young Joseph and Shadow DIO.
Actually, going by what DIO did, at the end of nearly each fight here, he turned most of the victims he encountered into vampires.(Spilled his blood on them like he did Ice)

I believe for most of part 3 Jonathan's body was fighting him and keeping him from using his abilities at all and after he drank Joseph's blood he no longer needed them because time stop was far superior as far as he was concerned. That and he was essentially on a drug trip from the influx of power and so didn't even think about using them.
