I just watched it on Netflix. In the end when Satya covers her brother again for protection and comforts him, I kinda wanted the brother to grow up and take a stand for himself and cover Satya instead. This is just an opinion because in the end the movie just showed that he didn’t learn to take a stand. And this is not coming from a “alpha male” or “embrace masculinity” guy. I just thought so.

I watched Jigra today and I liked this movie. Although I won’t say it’s a great movie but it’s a good movie. Bollywood rarely makes good movies and it was one of them. Although the prison break wasn’t practical as in most prison break movies it is. But it was really a good movie which didn’t worship the lead actor and blah blah.. no stupid entry scenes, no over the top action.. and that made it a very good experience. However the audience won’t like it. See, I am someone who couldn’t watch even KGF. I tried it three times but just couldn’t finish KGF. I also went to watch Sahoo in theatre because Prabhash was in it (after Bahubali, of course). But I left in interval. KGF 2 was a cringe fest and I couldn’t watch it for even one hour. Jawan was a piece of sh*t. Pathan was literally crap, absolutely pile of garbage . But all these movies were Bollywood blockbuster. Whereas I watched Haider, Tamasha, Hindi medium and Lapata ladies in theatre (I generally don’t watch bollywood movies in theatre) but their audience is still very few. You rarely get to see people going to theatre for such movies So I accept that my opinion on movies is different and therefore I think this movie won’t make much on earnings point of view. But I am happy to have watched it in theatre. But I guess the audience isn’t yet mature enough to appreciate real quality movies. No offence to anyone..
