So in addition to the 5 longer sessions participants can practice daily for 15-20 minutes in order to enhance their learning experience. Thank you, Shayna for your kind words.
I would recommend starting with #1. And the most important thing: make sure the movement is comfortable. Do not try to stretch or go to the limits of movement. Easy and pleasant motion is our goal.
