  • This is our last sequence of movements performed in side-lying and lying on the stomach. Once again, the movements are a bit more athletic. Please make sure you move without any discomfort or pain. If the sequence still is difficult - stop physical movement and visualize the action in your mind only.
    We recommend doing these practices in order, so start from Part 1 if you haven't done it yet. Progress every day with Part 2, 3, 4, and so on.

    Thank you so much for this Feldenkrais lesson in small chunks. Now that I've gone through the whole series, I'm looking forward to going through it all again.

      You're very welcome! Inspired by the warm reception of the Feldenkrais in Minutes series, I have added similar daily session recordings to the new program "Healthy Spinal Rotations".
