    Thank you so much for this Feldenkrais lesson in small chunks. Now that I've gone through the whole series, I'm looking forward to going through it all again.

      You're very welcome! Inspired by the warm reception of the Feldenkrais in Minutes series, I have added similar daily session recordings to the new program "Healthy Spinal Rotations". So in addition to the 5 longer sessions participants can practice daily for 15-20 minutes in order to enhance their learning experience. Thank you, Shayna for your kind words.

    I am starting here at 7 does it matter , the order?

      I would recommend starting with #1. And the most important thing: make sure the movement is comfortable. Do not try to stretch or go to the limits of movement. Easy and pleasant motion is our goal.
