One of the old Turkish narratives that I can recommend to you is "Dede Korkut stories" also known as "Oguzname". I recommend you to research. They are very fantastic and mythological stories. The beautiful part of these stories is that they glorify women. In these stories, women are depicted as strong and noble.

No teníamos miedo, luchamos".

Thx for presenting this ancient and very important epic of the Turks.
Being a Turk myself, I'd say the most popular version among us regarding the exit from Ergenekon is the one that says Turks were led out of Ergenekon by a Gery Wolf. That is the reason the great Grey Wolf is the symbol of all Turkic people in the world.
Ergenekon is a symbol for us Turks representing regrouping an rebirth, as Turks has been in difficult times from time to time throughout the history, but we were able to raise even stronger each time and establish new states and empires. Actually I do not recall any nation who established more states and empires than the Turks.
