Man, the Echo set choice for our guy Xiangli is getting contentious. A number of WuWa content creators say "use Lingering Tunes, it's better overall than Void Thunder," while others like @stioorg here say the opposite. From what I've gathered from guides thus far, it really depends on your play style. Void Thunder is clunky/takes long to set up but gives better DPS results, LT is an all-rounder and the DPS loss versus VT is small.
I personally think Lingering Tunes is more consistent dps wise over time at max stats Mech Echo runs in the background, in order to get the full buff for electro you have to remember to heavy attack and skill for both percentages. Which isn't terrible... but it's annoying, lol. I'll take a 1-2% damage difference for a smoother playstyle
Is thundering still better than temptest? Because even if it increses lib dmg , it still increses the rotation time by a few seconds, and its akward to use . Also is hyper carry really better than quick swap? . And finally i think if we have signature and yinlin and prefer hypercarry, then ligering tunes might be a bettee option. Cuz void thunders 5 echo buff needs heavy attack to get +15 electro dmg, and since his liveration cant heavy, you wont get the buff during the whole time Plus he gets electro dmg from his passive and yinlin's outro, since its a hypercarry you wint swap off, so ligering tunes could work better
yes i did my calculations , the difference between them is like 2 percent in the best situations void is better ,BUT lingering is more consistant to have like 1% more damage also if you want to use a 3 cost with atk you should be using void thunder , the difference between them is minimal anyway
@@theonewhoasked2391 nah keep lingering i think hes confusing dps and dpr. ligering has a slightly lower dpr cause the rotation is shorter but void has slightly lower dps. If u already farmed one set no need to farm the other. If u have none lingering is the better one to go for.

The fun thing is you can actually press jump during his "mid-air" moves, it appears that all his moves except plunge are counted as ground combo
He's insane. I've just cleared 12/12 stars on the thunder side of Tower with just him and Yinlin, no sustain or third character (RC0 with sig weapons)

the difference between the two is 2% and lingering is more confortable and yes it depends on the player but both are good
