Thanks for the excellent repair video sir, I have the exact same SMPS. In my case, 5v PS_ON is generated but when I press the self-test button or short PS_ON to GND, SMPS is not starting, any pointers? I also checked that when I press the self test button, there is no power on the VCC pin of CP012A. Any advise? 🙂

it was a power regulator failing, simple fix after diagnosis.
