- Crazy day with a great customer Ron Philips where we went catching bass in Western NC on a public lake on a plethora of different presentations. From a jig up shallow to off shore brush we caught them! We even used a megabass I-Slide 262 that we modified like our friend Ben Milliken showed in a recent video! It made the very finicky bait run like a world class swimbait and it worked great!

Big Dawg hunt’n Big Dawgs.
I told you that Mod would be money 🤜🏽
I carved up my Flow Glider 130 this afternoon. I might need a different rod for that 262. It’s a touch heavy. Tossing it on the 8’ Ish swimbait rod I got from you guys. Are you using that XP in this vid.?

Think the I slide size down from.what you were using qould qork with modifications you did
Not sure, I don’t have much experience with the smaller baits
@@Frostin_Austin is the one size below what we're throwing
I bowfish a lot at night and always see tons of bass sleeping on their sides. Never seen them do that in the day time though
bass don't sleep like that. That usually comes from low oxygen in the water at night and causes fish to become lethargic and float like that.
Man I just watched Millikens video and I had no idea the lake from day 4 grew the like that
😳😳😳
Did that one end up dying on you?
No, all of them swam away great!
Freaking donkeys everywhere…. Not used to clear water bassin! I mean can you get away with 40/50lb braid up there? Because that’s what I throw my big baits on in the muddy water around my area.
You can for your big top waters. I wouldn’t recommend it on slow soft baits or glides. Fluoro carbon on the softy’s and glides
