Thank you so much Hannah, it was actually incredibly helpful to see someone who I idolise so much eating a cookie, with so many 'what I eat in a days' you see waaaay too much clean eating. Im in recovery for Anorexia Nervosa and it was so helpful for my brain that would go 'Hannah would eat that' blah blah! Balance is key right?! Big hugs xxx

Hiya Hannah! Regarding your caffeine intake. I used to drink 3-4 coffees a day. Not necessarily because I was tired, but it was a comfort thing. I've noticed that I would get headaches a lot more often. I then was told that this can be caused by consuming too much caffeine. So I decided to only have one regular coffee in the morning and decaf for the rest of the day. It really made a difference. If you feel abit off and noticed you get more headaches than usual , try cutting down on caffeine xx

If you ever want to give them your porridge instead of Ready Break, you can just stick normal oats in a nutrabullet and it comes out the same! I do this cos I am allergic to gluten and they don’t to gluten free Ready Break. 😀
I recommend using a headache/migrane tracking app where you can note down your symptoms and learn a lot about when you get headaches (I most often get them Thursday late afternoon). You should use an app that also connects the pains to things that could trigger them like weather, sleep, water, alcohol, physical exhaustion etc. I learned a lot that way and know how to prevent them and, if I can't avoid it, when to expect a headache or migrane. I use M-sense. 😊
Your migraines might be from tension headaches. That's what I struggle with. I hold tension in my shoulders and the next day after something stressful, the headaches are unbearable and makes it really hard to concentrate.

That's what I do, when I'm in a rush and can't cook the oats for ages. :) I just have a jar with "oat powder", it's also great for baking!
