Ariana doesn't need autotune, ever. "They" also didn't "make it easy" for her. It was her own decision to include live looping in her performance. She has a long experience with this kind of technique and device, and doesn't need help, apart from sound technicians picking up what she does. Fans know this.

Good decision to include live looping. Pitch correction is typically done for most artists after recording the song live. She has great pitch yes.

She didn’t have a “harmonizer” on when she was singing the “ahh ahh” part. She sang all the harmonies herself, you just didn’t hear her stack the harmonies bc you were talking about the “giant pink ring”😩😂 She made all of the harmonies and background vocals herself without any effects or auto tune on her voice. She’s done stuff like this before, she’s just that talented😌

Basically all of Ariana’s live performances are better than the studio, she adds new adlibs, and all sorts it’s a sight to be seen, also auto tune is quite rare for her, yes she may use it especially in studio but live it’s quite rare I’d also recommend checking out the live version of “my hair” along with “off the table” and “POV” they are all really good and worth a listen.
A sign of a great artist is they are same if not better live
A lot of Arianators won't like some of the parts of this vid I can tell already (I'm an Arianator too).
She doesn't need a harmonizer. She doesn't need autotune or pitch correction. She can hit all those notes with no problem at all. She can harmonize with herself flawlessly.

The intro was 100%... there wasn't any backing harmony and you wouldn't heard it if you weren't TALKING OVER THE MUSIC !

3:01 didn't have a harmonizer. 2:53 was the first "ahh ahh" harmony (in lower register) that's why 3:01 "ahh ahh" (higher register) has a lower harmony. The beginning is legit with no backing harmonies and there's a behind the scenes of her practicing.
Ariana is always better live
