To talk about the experience with the academy or Pravin sir, I think there's a lot to talk about but I would like to mention the main thing about him, that he's really hard working and he taught us the same and also not to give up. I practiced at the academy for 14 years and those were the best years of life, the habit pravin sir inculcated in us may be is the reason also after leaving the academy for almost 6 years I'm still into fitness. I think that's what he gave us, he taught us the importance of fitness, motivated us all the time and he's still doing the same. I miss him and the academy. It's like a family to me.❤

Warm up se hmara mind or body dono active ho jate h, flaxibility aati hai , jab body warm hota hai injury ke chances bahut kam hote h warm krne se after practice blood circulatin nd breath system hmara other logo ke comparison maj bahut achaa hota hai, or lyf mai v hme har cheez phle warm up jesa lena chiye means halka sa usko try krna chiye. Warm means first step of grow physicaly or mentaly.
