I've noticed for a while how you are gargling/growling through words. Was wondering if you have been Ill? Like at 12:07/12:08 the words gargle. Its actions through most of your recent videos.
Also, forgive me Domenico for pronouncing your name "Domenica". I still panic when I have to record myself saying Italian words! "Domenica" means Sunday in Italy... and is one of the words I'm currently practicing... so it was obviously at the forefront of my mind. I'm very grateful how kind the Italians are with me when I totally butcher their language. I am trying! Thank you DOMENICO for your hospitality!
I live in Oklahoma and there is a small town here that was settled by Italians. They make Caciocavallo cheese and I get it every chance I can even though it is about an hour and half away. It’s a favorite in our family. 💜
This is beautiful! Making cheese is truly an art. We make around 15 varieties of raw, artisan cheeses to last us all year. We milk both cows and goats, but most of our cheeses are made using goat's milk. Blessings from snowy Northern Alberta.
We put out Tet de Moine almost each year for the holidays. It is cut on a special ribbon spiral cutter and it is always a hit! Some years we put out fondu cheese and before you know it, all your guests are hovering over the fondu pot! Cheese is special! Thanks for sharing these Italian cheeses.
I agree Shaye, a cheese board should only contain cheese. The accompaniments should be on a separate platter or basket. I dislike modern cheese boards as there are too many flavours and the cheese gets lost amongst it all! Thanks for the videos of your trip to Sicily... it brings back many, many gorgeous memories xx
wow💜I've never ever heard somebody saying something like "(in this place) it is easy to be human" *speechless*touched* Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful quote! I really appreciate the education you make about farming...💚
There's a cheese maker in our town who is offering classes. They are pricey, but well worth it. I doubt the domestic cheeses are ever going to be at the caliber of those Italian cheeses, but it's fun to learn. My chatueserire board will be loaded with cheese and goodies for sure. You have inspired me.
There are some really wonderful American cheeses - especially some great artisans in the PNW and Wisconsin. Beautiful cheeses to enjoy! But these are certainly tried and true favorites of mine.
Such delight in fine cheeses! I found myself munching on a yummy gouda and sipping my latte as I watched yet another video of Elliott excellence! Thank you!
Oh, yes! Loved this video. Cheese is the best thing. I am so starting some sourdough baguettes today for the cheeseboard you’ve inspired me to make this weekend.
Thank you very much, this was wonderful. I really like the cheeses too. The piece of Sicily 🥰and the family sharing 🥰. I had not, until you talked about it a bit ago, heard or tried eating the Romano or parmesan by itself. THANK YOU ! It's amazing. 🥂🍷
I Love the Holidays so I can splurged on Great Cheeses! Normally I can only afford a little bit here and there. Thanks Shaye 💟. Happy Holidays. JO JO IN VT 😆💕🍁💨
My husband and daughter both can’t do dairy and I’m currently pregnant and don’t eat dairy when carrying or feeding my husbands genetics :) This is so hard to watch!
Really loved this video! Thanks for sharing your love! Just watched a sweet little movie that made me think of you and your love for food and family. It’s called The Hundred Foot Journey. Maybe you have seen it? It’s about Good Food, France, Love and Family❤️

I’m also from Oklahoma! What town are you referring to?! I’d love to visit and get some of this delicious cheese!
@@bethanypilger8158 Krebs east of McAlister. Louveras grocery store has the cheese. Very small town and locals can direct you to the store. Enjoy!
