- THAILAND'S HARDEST FOOD CHALLENGE WITH A ฿10,000 PRIZE!! This is the FAMOUS Gold Curry Challenge in Bangkok, Thailand! This is a giant curry challenge, a katsu challenge and bangkok food challenge! Today we take on The 6kg Japanese Curry Challenge at Gold Curry Bangkok! The challenge is available in a 2kg, 4kg, and a 6kg challenge with 13.2 pounds of white rice and curry topped with fried pork katsu! We had 30 minutes to complete the challenge in order to get the meal free and a whopping 10k prize!!! Fail and it cost 2k! This food challenge restaurant has undoubtedly the most popular food challenges in Bangkok and all of Thailand. They have multiple locations which all offer the Japanese food challenge, and it is available with a pork curry or beef curry! This is one of the hardest challenges of the year, and one of the toughest / hardest food challenges ever, so now you can enjoy it RAW and unedited in this Joel Hansen Raw Video. Can we defeat this giant food challenge? Or will this biggest food challenge beat us? Joel really brought his A-game to this one. A few of the recent videos have looked easy for him. This one really seemed to test his mettle and showed how hard these can be, but actually can be done.
I loved how the waitperson seemed genuinely excited throughout and was so gracious at the end.

Joel, I just went back and watched your video from last Spring in Port Aransas, Texas at The Seafood and Spaghetti restaurant. I was in food sales for 46 years and I'm so impressed you take the time to know your food so well. You sound like one of my salespeople! I live in Frisco, Texas just a tad North of Dallas. I'm new to your channel and so far really impressed by your work. I don't know how you and your fellow "eaters" do it but it amazes me. As a jamaican who cooks n quite enjoys my curry I'm puzzled by the rest of the world's version of curry. The doo doo brown color and wet mud texture is a bit strange to me and off putting. I think I can speak on behalf of most Jamaicans that we are quite skeptical and specific on how our curry should not only taste but how it looks and we prefer a turmeric yellowish green color. We are also warey about getting the runs from this dish so we don't eat it anyway and when we do cook it we include our ginger, pimento, garlic, lots of scotch bonnet pepper and we burn our curry to ensure no risk of diarrhea.

Joel is the kinda guy that says he can't eat 10kg of food but we all know he could eat half his weight in food. 1/2 of his weight being about 60 to 65 pounds of food, Joel could eat half his weight easy,; if he was given a 2-3 hour window, no problem.
