If it's done well, it looks okay, but I have seen some babies with both, painted underneath, a little rooted hair to make it look more natural. Hope you feel well soon. Amber looks great after her grooming. I had a Pomeranian that looked similar, only smaller, long ago. Her name was Lucky.
