2015 isn’t even that long ago, but when I looked back at how my life was then, I realized how much actually can change in the span of five years. Me and my two best friends used to ride around penny boards and get candy at the local store with all the pennies we had in our pockets. Then eat it by the swings at the playground while listening to 5sos songs as we were surrounded by beautiful fields of flowers. These are the simple things, but now you’re older there’s so much other stuff to do like balancing work and school. Suddenly, there’s no more time left for these youthful moments. It’s even been like 2 or 3 years since the last time I saw my two old best friends and now I have a new group of friends who I just go out with from time to time, but it’s not the same anymore. I used to think that my life sucked as a teenager, but now when I look back to it I really wanna go back. We really shouldn’t take for granted being young.
kaejae i’ve never related to anything more in my life. this is so true! i wish to go back to my childhood because i didn’t relish and appreciate it enough. i was rushed into my teenage years, since my dad made me go ahead of everyone and skip grades and all if that. i’ll always miss my one friend who was the closest and the only one who actually gave 5sos a chance and became as much of a fan as i am. we still talk, but she lives in another state now.

2015 isn’t even that long ago, but when I looked back at how my life was then, I realized how much actually can change in the span of five years.
Me and my two best friends used to ride around penny boards and get candy at the local store with all the pennies we had in our pockets. Then eat it by the swings at the playground while listening to 5sos songs as we were surrounded by beautiful fields of flowers. These are the simple things, but now you’re older there’s so much other stuff to do like balancing work and school. Suddenly, there’s no more time left for these youthful moments. It’s even been like 2 or 3 years since the last time I saw my two old best friends and now I have a new group of friends who I just go out with from time to time, but it’s not the same anymore. I used to think that my life sucked as a teenager, but now when I look back to it I really wanna go back.
We really shouldn’t take for granted being young.
kaejae i’ve never related to anything more in my life. this is so true! i wish to go back to my childhood because i didn’t relish and appreciate it enough. i was rushed into my teenage years, since my dad made me go ahead of everyone and skip grades and all if that. i’ll always miss my one friend who was the closest and the only one who actually gave 5sos a chance and became as much of a fan as i am. we still talk, but she lives in another state now.

It's crazy how much I love these 4 dorks. I watched the whole video with a massive smile that never left my face and cried at the end (whilst still smiling!). I just love everything about it. How happy Mikey looked and Luke amazing vocals, Calum's facial expressions and Ash's announcements. I know their music isn't for everyone but just listen to this and see how amazing their talent is and maybe we change some people's minds. These 4 silly Australian boys mean the world to me and I love them with all of my heart
