great advice. same qualities for red vs white? summer vs winter? day vs night? Curious if the setting would change expectations as far as aroma to taste differences. awesome video as always!

Your question on setting could definitely change expectations but I am still looking for the same experience. Perhaps a wine that evokes more fun would leave me with a more positive impression if we were drinking it during the day in an informal setting.
