Im just glad they remembered they had a 6'9" TE to throw to in the endzone. Like why havent we seen that more!

Using Tahj as more of a WR out of backfield was a sight for sore eyes. Wish we would have done that earlier in season against pass rush. Great win.

May be a dumb observation but I feel this was the first time we really saw kittley's offense 😂

TT is your typical 7-8 game per year winner. As long as Joey wins 7+ per year or a bowl game, he is good to go. Fix the defense. Its a wreck.

I know the defense is taking its lumps, but a lot of these guys are freshman, red shirt, freshman, and sophomores. They’re gonna be way better next year.

Thanks for the time out explanation i wish joey would have shown that emotion all year towards the officiating. I think it spilled over to the special teams coordinator when they should have both been focused on finishing the game.

Morton had 400+ yards passing , Red Raiders will be fine.. just change gears.

I agree with Level about the officiating, and the fact that Gordon threw a punch right in front of the ref, and didn’t get kicked out of the game.
Going to miss Brooks next year, and loved how the offense play calling included the tight ends in the passing game

Idk if Behren is QB1 in the future but he got his dream realised, a shoot out with a double T on his chest. And he won. Highlight of the season.

I think he is the QB next year. Let’s be honest that O line has been bad this year. He’s had to run for his life a lot this season. Even a bunch of brooks yards are after he gets hit in the hole or even the backfield but he’s a stud and breaks a tackle and gets 5 yards. The WR have come on a little bit more but so much of the offense this year has been hitch screen, curls, or all verts. Stuff that doesn’t attack levels of the defense. Colorado his arm looked injured because it lacked zip. But if they can get a few linemen in the portal. Maybe get a running back in the portal it will help. But the biggest thing is getting kittley a co offensive coordinator to veto him or honestly I rather see him gone. The losses this year tend to fall on the offense this year. Either bone head calls in key situations or being stubborn and sticking to a scheme that did not work. Kittley can script 2 series but he can not adjust.

@ I get the kit criticisms I do but we bring in anyone else they will likely only be marginally better. And there is no OC in the country that loves tech like he does. I like the people in place that goes a long way with me. It’s Tech it’s not like we are a championship football program. At least we have staff we like, and have winning records.

@ I would give a guy like Harrell, Sonny Cumbie, or the WSU guy a serious look.

@ eh, we will just be complaining about them in two years. It doesn’t matter what we do we are always mid. Might as well be mid with people who want to be here.

Yormark is getting paid a ton. He’s got to reform the officiating. Also they need to fire several officials that can’t handle it.

Love level making the old school ddt, jake the snake roberts finishing move reference. That was my favorite wwe era. Just want to say mr perfect curt hennig had one of the coolest finishers imo, the perfectplex. Not sure if it counts with jacobs suplex in the game but had to mention.

Some of those defensive coaches have to be a little nervous about their jobs I would think. It took Kittley 11 games to figure out Conyers and Tharp can actually be weapons instead of afterthoughts. Geez. That one TD catch by Conyers was great. I didn't see Fattig in as the replacement for Porcher, I was seeing Rodkey which was surprising. I think it might be interesting to see if any of those RS-FR. OLs hit the portal. Chris, never apologize for ranting on the officials. They deserved it and even more. It isn't just the Big 12 though, it's all over. College officiating in both football and basketball has really gotten atrocious.

Wow I didn’t know they weren’t letting brooks go back in during that whole debacle (for tape no less). Interesting….
A T. Boone Pickens deposit it seems

I was wondering the same thing as to why number 0 was allowed to stay in the game after throwing the punch. I looked it up right then and there in NCAA rules, and yup he should of been ejected. I think he thought he was ejected too.

Yea man. We gotta start looking at this defense. I mean the offensive line is obviously the pressing issue here but the defense having trouble consistently this year. Its gotta be jimmys and joes right? I mean TD has good defensive schemes

Youth & injuries. You've piled up injuries at specific positions that are key to TDR's defense working. It wants to be able to bring pressure with 4 and then ideally play cover 2 behind it to keep the offense in front of you and be opportunistic at any mistake.
The secondary is really missing rabbit. We knew it would, but there are so many busted plays, and 90% of them are mistakes in the secondary. It'll get better with time, but lawdy I wish for a pass rush. Would make it a whole lot better.

    • @adamrickman2461
      @adamrickman2461 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

@@kayakyakyakr Agreed. The pass rush is the biggest issue of the defense. I think the secondary has its issues, but if there isn't pressure on the QB, it makes it easier for the QB to find those issues. Most defenses are going to have those gaps in zone coverage at some point, but the pressure on the QB makes it harder to find those gaps. Tech DL allows those gaps to be very obvious, unfortunately.
