How I got here I have know idea as I was looking for an audio headset! I then ended up watching a guy sculpturing heads from miliputt! But all this spiked my memories as a younger man who like most of my era saved money for the mortgage by staying in and not going out to the Pub or Clubs, I painted 1/35 kits and made dioramas of war scenes, using almost anything I could find in the garden, woods or even skips! If your born with a fertive imagination you can turn almost anything into something!
Great series! I don't know of a flag decal that will work, but you can always make your own. Hey, you could even do a new series on making your own decals! :-)
Very nicely done, excellent series of videos for this subject, I've watched each one and found them extremely helpful. With regards to the flag, have you perhaps thought of making your own decal?
Hi SWM, that was a very enjoyable series and you do a fine job! For a recommendation I would still be keen on seeing some convincing exhaust stains on fighter aircraft. Everyone tries it but some people get it spot on, you can almost hear the exhausts "tinking" as it cools down sat on the airfield after a sortie. The stain is almost a white/grey in places and it really looks great. I would be very keen on seeing your approach.
Great modelling - Microscale do decals for 48 star US flags in their model railroad range www.microscale.com They're in the three main model rr scales, 1:48, 1:87 & 1:160 So some trial and error may be needed. Nick

Para 1/35 puedo usar GERMAN GREEN BROWN,para mis 101 PARATROPERS?
👍I haven’t used it myself, but it looks good, especially for shadows in the US paratroopers uniforms.
All American, baby!
Are this flat finish paints
Very slightly vinyl or satin at times, they benefit from using Vallejo Matt Varnish to dull them down if too shiny.
