Lol. The roads were plowed. 2 years ago we had a huge snow storm. In early March no-one was out and I mean not even snowmobiles. At 7am. Well I took my 04 overland with shitty ass tires mind u. And qudradrive went thru unplowed roads like a boss.
I like jeep Well, Chrysler in general. My 96 4 door neon did great this past winter here in southwest Michigan. my main way to work is 3 roads and only about 1/3 of one road gets plowed.. My blazer wouldn't stop spinning/sliding but my neon never got stuck.. Got a cracked bumper and a cracked taillight but never hit anyone!
I have a small Chevy Colorado 4x4 that went through 2 feet of snow like nothing as wel and I was on all season tires. Getting some mud terrains soon and a lift for it gonna be fun.
I have MT tires on my jeep. AWESOME for heavy or deep snow, but your going to hate them on plowed or light now roads....they dont do well. Youll never get stuck, but youll slide bad at stops and corners. snow.....sticks to snow....thats why snow tires work well.....they hold alot of snow in the tread and they work great. MT tires are tread clearing tread.....they " clean " there tread of mud.....snow and ice as they spin. GREAT for mud and deep snow, not so good on ice or thin snow on pavement
Jesse Fritz ...it has the np249 Quadratrac awd transfercase now, I want the 2wd option so the np242 hd swap fixes that....but yes, to answer your question I have the selectable handle next to the driver, 4hi, 4lo, 4part time, neutral
@@MrMurph111 ohhh you have an 04 or below Grand Cherokee. I have a 14 and was wondering about adding the select track switch... You have a completely different setup on your center console.
I like jeep but we all know that any truck or jeep can get stuck in snow so stop that because the road you were on was plowed now you being in Michigan you get more snow than I do in PA but we have light snow and heaver snow also and light snow is easy to get thru for sure, I have a Chevy Tahoe 4x4 with bad tires for snow but with 4x4 know problems in it but next year a set of BFG 33' going on and very little 4x4 will I need to use remember good tires make the different for sure on any auto.
Yeah, the dirt road was plowed....the two residential streets were not. If you don't have a Jeep than you wouldn't understand....but yes anything can get stuck.
Funny he says jeep don't get stuck but yet he keeps going in and out of the deep snow of course not I see how u start bogging down u veer to the left onto tha road that's been plowed I'll take u out where it's nothing but deep snow
My mom’s 16’ Cherokee with the 4 cylinder and standard select terrain system can still go through 2ft of snow surprisingly! Definitely does better than my dad’s old company vehicle a 2013 “4 wheel drive” Ford Explorer! Of course, none do as well as our 13’ Rubicon!
Great video and looked like great fun! That is what winter weather is all about.
I've got the Jeep. I just need the snow. Enjoyed the video.....
good to see mailman was out there! haha

drove my 98 5.9 on 35s across town in 3 feet of snow last winter, did amazing
+Sosa LOL 38s
+Sosa too bad a decent set of snow tires are better if you have pavement under you. M/Ts suck in the snow unless your in a shit ton of powder
Good job your tires must be pretty good
Your jeep must be stuck in beast mode lol I have the same problem ;)
Do you have the select trac shift on the center console or no?
Jesse Fritz ....I will in the next couple months. Selec trac swap in the works
@@MrMurph111 what!? You can swap? Really? You can take out the little cup holder thing and install the switch?!

Jesse Fritz....Yup, 95 JGC, oldie but a goodie
Is this Jeep QTI or QTII? Which Jeep?

I live in Colorado where the best snow on earth is lol
Here in Colorado Springs, when it snows, everything comes complete joy, my jeep doesn't give a rats about snow.
clearly the lower peninsula of michigan, they dont know what snow really is

MY 2000 MOUNTAINEER IS LIKE THAT, AND IT'S GREAT!!! GREAT VIDEO GUYS, LOOKS LIKE FUN
Hahaha! I cant get stuck!!! I dont see a problem in why you would get stuck in this video?

Yes, but it's still a Subaru.
