Who built it ? In which year ? I think Evan Meredith Jenkins was last Governor of undivided Punjab. But it must have been built after when Britishers took over Punjab from Maharaja Ranjit Singh 's Empire.
No doubt, Britishers always used to live in Style everywhere. They built sprawling mansions, awe inspiring buildings. Kindly give little more details. Thanks and Regards.
