Not sure if you still use the mat but how was it for floor exercises (not so much Yoga)? Is the 4mm thick enough or do you really feel the hard flooring?
I still use the eko lite for yoga only. The thickness of the mat offers enough padding for your joints like your knees and elbows! I also spoke to instructors who really like this mat.
@@ChristyKokami Thanks. Just bought the ekolite (4mm or 1/8"). Was hoping to use it for core exercises like planking or russian twists. Then I found out the recommended pilates mat thickness is over 1cm. Maybe yoga mats are that thin for a reason. To be used for Yoga only.
This mat is so pretty! 😍 Im definitely intrigued about the texture. I’ll check it out. Thanks!
Awww thank you!!! I’m wondering about the wear on the texture as I continue to use it. Tactilely speaking, it’s very pleasing right now!
Hi, I brought this mat and it slipped if it wets or if your feet / hand is sweaty
