I got so bored of fan edits years ago that I just stopped caring about them. But holy shit! This had me smiling the whole time! Best fan edit I've ever seen!!!
This one wasn't an easy edit. First, it's my first "fan" edit since 2018 (that long!). But also, some of the action bits were kinda hard to work with, due to the super-fast action stuff in the Boys. That's why Queen Maeve and Black Noir didn't show up for too many fights. But, for me, it was about the story. That clash of ideals and perspective, and those fun edits as usual. The Hancock ending was just kinda for the fun of it. At first I was going to do something with Deadpool but figured to do something original instead. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed this one! Will I do Justice League vs The Seven? Maybe after season 3 is out, otherwise it will be too repetitive for me. It’s a great edit. The only criticism I’d throw out there is the shot of Cap and Homelander looking eye to eye on the street. The pedestrians are clearly standing mid stride because it’s a still shot. It kind of pulled me out of the crisp fluidity of the rest of the trailer. As I said, I think it’s an amazing trailer, but I’d want someone to give me any constructive criticism they could if it helped me improve. You’re great at what you do and I hope you take no offense.

I can already see it now. Homelander goes and tries to pick up thor's hammer off the ground. As the city lays in rubble. And the hammer starts to lift up. BUT then it gets snatched out of his hands and flies over to steve.
I like the scenario they put here if The Avengers where in The Boys universe they would legit be the only competent superhero team that actually give a shit about people and would come into HUGE conflict with The 7 (namely Homelander) and of course team up with Butcher and crew
Once the avengers show up the boys wouldn't even need to fight anymore. The seven all together aren't a universal threat, a world threat, not even a city level threat. The avengers have beaten many enemies that could take over the world.
Man, that was fricken awesome. Beautiful job. The interactions and how they played off each other was brilliant. You scoured through tons of footage for hours and hours to get those lines to fit so perfectly. Brilliant, Alex. Brilliant.

I swear, the Internet just keeps getting better at combining CGI effects and characters from entirely different series. I know I'm three years late, but this is an insane piece of work! My favorite part was by far how you managed to put Homelander over Loki in the "Puny god" scene!
It's a fun idea and I love the trailer, but Tony, Bruce, Thor, Wanda, or Vision would all demolish Homelander and the rest of his verse if they fought. I also love Tony saving the people on the plane that Homelander and Maeve abandoned. I'd totally forgotten that there was a scene where Tony saved a crashing plane's occupants.
Fantastic work, yet again. Only gripe : The shot featuring Cap & Homelander in an alleyway wasn't very good. The masking was kind of meh and you could clearly see people walking yet still.
Yeah, wasn't my best work for sure. I struggled with it, been a while since I did a mask effect like this, and I just didn't have the time or the will to make it perfect. Wanted to focus on the storytelling through the edit. But I still appreciate and totally get what you are saying
The one thing I could say if this was to come out next summer it'll probably make a billion dollars The boys is the best television show that has to deal with superheroes that's been around for the last 4 years The trailer is excellent I wish it was a real film awesome work
