Material Used
1) green (5 ) ,golden (4),blue (2),violet (1) A2 size glitter foam sheets
2) thick card board half circle 18 inches radius
3) long size tooth picks
4) Glue
5) acrylic green color
6) golden color beads
7) thermocol balls
8) glue gun
9) card board as per requirement
10) golden Glitter Powder
measurements of feather:
green💚-5"×4"
golden💛-4"×3"
blue💙-3"×2"
violet💜-1.7"×1"

No, Fevicol will not get dry quickly. You may use other glue which get dry quickly..

Cardboard is painted so that any gaps in the feathers are not visible and also paint protects cardboard from moisture..
