    400g or 3 1/3 cups rice flour
    1 1/4 cups water (to soak rice flour overnight)
    2 cans coconut milk (400ml each)
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1 tsp salt
    3 tsp dry active yeast
    1 tsp baking powder

    Soaking the rice flour totally make sense. I wondered about that for the recipes using rice flour. Thanks for solving that puzzle to me. Finally my search is over . Am going to use your recipe.😊

      Yes po. Let me know kong success ang paggawa mo basta follow mo Lang procedures. Kasi pinag-aralan ko to bago ako gumawa ng video. Kasi dati gumawagawa ako nito pero failed sa lasa ok sa texture failed. Kaya naisipan ko ibabad ang rice flour sa tubig kasi sa atin sa pinas binababad ang rice bago pinapagiling.     Ang brother ko sa Gensan pinipilahan ang bibingka niya kasi napakasarap. Iyong bigas iso-soak niya muna tapos ginigiling. Ang gata niluluto niya muna tapos ihahalo na niya ang giniling na bigas sa gata na pinalamig muna tapos lalagyan ng yeast para patubuin. Nanalo pa iyon siya sa contest kung sino ang may pinakamasarap na bibingka at disqualified na sa next na contest dahil walang makakatalo. Siya lang daw ang nakapagbake ng tunay na bibingkang bisaya sa Gensan 😅

At ang ginagamit nila na pampatubo ay iyong matamis na tuba at sobrang sarap noon. Pero nagyeast na sila noong nagmahal na ang tuba. Kaya itong brother ko ay siya lang talaga ang nagmana sa galing ng pagbibingka. Ako naman ay suman dahil nagsusuman din kami noon na 24 kls araw-araw at dinideliver din sa iba. Binuhay nila kami sa pagtitinda ng kakanin at karenderya 😊

Pag nahalo na niya ang asukal sa giniling na bigas ay ihahalo na niya ito sa pinalamig na nilutong gata, ihahalo ang yeast at patutubuin na. Kapag nakita mo na ang gata ay nagmamantika na ay ok na iyon. Tapos light brown sugar ang ginagamit niya para ang bibingka sa loob ay may kulay at hindi maputi tingnan.

      Yes, used frozen banana from fil store. Soften the banana first. I bring water to boil first and soak the banana leaves for less than 10 seconds to soften it. About the molds the bigger molds I bought at filipino store. But the tart mold you can use it too the big one around 2 Oz to 3

      Hello maam gumamit ako dito ng 2 cans of coconut milk. Each can is 400ml. Kumuha ako ng isang cup na coconut milk at sinalang sa stove Para lang ma Lukewarm to activate my yeast. Malamig kasi dito sa amin at saka nakakatulong madali mag activate basta hindi masyado mainit. Ang natirang coconut milk iyon ang niluto ko na hanggang maging curdy Para mabango ang bibingka. Let me know may tanong ka pa.

      For me it takes two hours. But it depends of the room temperature where you rest the batter. Mine, I usually warm up the oven for 5 minutes at 350f and shut it off. And I will rest my batter inside the oven light on to keep the oven warm. The other technique that I used is bring water to boil transfer in a cooking pot and put it inside the oven along the batter to keep it warm. However, change the water once it cold to keep the temperature warm.

    What’s the scientific purpose of soaking the powder rice flour for 6 hours? The main reason for soaking the rice is to soften the rice kernels for grinding.

      I understand what you mean, maam. I used regular rice flour that we can purchase from the asian store. I don't have a blender or grinder to grind rice kernels. Before I share this recipe. I tried many times without soaking the rice flour, but the result was grainy. I also tried direct baking directly to the oven, but it didn't come up the way I wanted to. So I decided so soaked the rice flour overnight or at least 6 hours. Before mixing all the ingredients. I only shared based on my experience maam. Thank you.

      Human steam..mas maayo broil nalang nito magstart ka sa 500f° for 3 minutes then add Nalang Ka ug kulang Pa Kay kada oven is different. Now if human steam.and you decide bake. 420f° for 10 muna then add Nalang ka Para iwas sunog. Sa akoa 20 minutes bake for 420f°
