I love love love love this hair as well! I've installed it twice now. And I did accent braids on the side for like a side-faux-hawk look. And first of all the curls last for like 6 weeks. It stays soft, you 'll definitely have to cut frizz and add some sort of light moisturizer. The knots don't even slip! And it's easy to do invisible knot method too! I just realized I have the curls in on my profile pic! Question: what did u do with your leavout? Curl and blend? Or tuck behind the ears..or?
Hey beautiful! When I have it down..just leave out what you need & do a flat twist to the back to keep your hair out of the way and pin it up. This will cut down on drying out your har...tangles...knots....Very Simple!

Love the style! Especially for summer. Im wondering if you had a hard time seperating the curls before crocheting? I often get a lot of frizz and messed up pieces I end up throwing away when I try to separate freetress loose hair instead of just crocheting in the whole piece.
What I've learned with crochet hair is...if it's hard to separate then you got a bad batch. Frizz is inevitable, but tangled pieces and hard hair...is just bad hair. Are you splitting the hair from the middle when you pull apart?
Love the video but can you film the braiding pattern more for beginners? What did you mean by crochet everything down? Did you leave the horizontal braid there until you wanted to wear it up? How do you braid it all into one big braid in the back?
Hey! What did you mean by a braiding pattern for beginners. I'm only asking because my braiding pattern is the most simple you will find. After braiding each cornrow I simply connected them all in one horizontal braid. There's an additional horizontal braid as well to crochet so that when you do a high ponytail it might lay better. Hope that makes sense!

Hi stupid question but I need clarification please lol. so if the hair is pre looped and says 14 inches you will get all 14 inches but if it’s not pre looped you get 7 inches right? Tia

I'm only asking because that means I'd have to twist it myself and I'll be honest - my hair is bipolar & ain't nobody have time for all that. BUT if I have to, I'll suck it up. *full disclosure, my hair is naturally curly so that means I'd have to blow it out and then twist it...not sure if that's really healthy. Lol! You are too funny! You don't have to leave any hair out in the front. I have crochet vids on no hair left out. It's totally up to you. This just give a bit more versatility with styling. However, the more hair left out the more careful you have to be. If you don't even want to deal just braid it all up and crochet your hair in and be done!
Thanks for the vid. Does this hair wash well? My scalp is jacked, and I have to wash every 3-4 days. I typically crochet with soft dread (separated) b/c it washes to well.

All crochet hair gets frizz to me. What depends on how fast it gets frizzy is how you take care of it. Whenever I'm lazy (not wearing scarf at night...keeping my hands in my hair) it doesn't last as long.

Deborah Neely yes you can😊 ...just put a leave in condition in it🤔 just a dime size...then put it up in a a cute pony..take down after the pool ..use wig frizz spray and air dry😉
That's a tough one bc I haven't tested this hair when wet ( although now I think I should have). My first response would be yes. I would just bun it tightly or braid it tightly. Keep in mind the curls will probably loosen up as well. So, maybe a splash here and there would be fine, but if you plan on really getting wet & care about ruining the curls a bit then....I personally wouldn't. Hope that makes sense!
