I had the same issue with my toddler with the French fries so I started to make her French fries from scratch in the air fryer and once she got confortable I would add other vegetables in the same shape (carrots,sweet potatoes) really anything you can cut into a fry shape and thats how I got her to eat veggies

I wear purses as a mom of 3! I put 1 or 2 diapers in my purses with a small wipe and then all my stuff and I still look cute but have necessities. 1 of my daughters is on formula so I just get little containers and put 1 bottle feed in the small container and her bottle already full of water. My bag is medium size and fits in all! And no one even knows 😂😊. Diaper bag with extra clothes for all 3 and diapers is in the trunk!!

I know this is late but I watch house of keto on tik tok and I love the information she gave on feeding her toddler. She gives him a protein (meat) a carb (veggies) and fruit. But she serves them on his high chair one thing at a time so he is not overwhelmed. She does the protein first after he’s done she follows with the carb after the carb is gone she serves the fruit! ALWAYS the fruit last because she knows that’s the sugar/treat and he eats amazing you should watch! ❤

My son went 5 months strong on oatmeal and crackers and fruit 😂 then he finally started eating yogurt , rice, chicken. I serve him veggies everyday he touches it here and there. He likes eggs and rice fried together. You gotta sneak in the protein but it gets better mama! I have 5 def keep serving them plates and offering she will get it soon enough.

One thing I’ve noticed with trying to get kids to try new foods is to eat some and then leave the option for them to try it or not this works best if you walk away and watch from a distance doing something else that way they don’t feel pressured to eat a new food

Some advice I can give on a picky eater lol keep doing what your doing baby girl will definitely learn to like different things just takes time. Also I’ve learned to let them play with their food , the teacher in me hates this BUT trust me lol. I’ve found it helps them explore the different textures they may like , an it helps them seem to like the taste more. Keep it up girl, you an your family are beautiful 💜💜

My daughter was so picky. Only would eat meat in spurts as well, so I started buying protein/veggie pastas and making different recipes with them. Now she’s 2 and eats everything.
