- This is the first “day in the life” video I’ve been able to put together, right at the end of the 4th year walking the length of the earth.
It shows you the experiences, setbacks and climates as I move north towards Alaska.

Lucy....I've been following your channel here and there....congrats!! I am a 56 year old woman who recently quit her job and is heading off to hike the Great American Rail-Trail, east to west, with my dog. You are a great inspiration!

I love these updates. Like that Dutch couple in the video, I mostly travel by bicycle, but walking sounds attractive, too. What a great adventure! Those pipe bridges look a bit precarious for cyclists, though.

Also we keep meaning to ask, we welcomed our cattle dog, Taka into our lives about the same time you found Wombat… and I always wonder does Wombat have the iconic traits of car chasing and selective hearing and if so do you find this challenging as he seems to be off lead whenever you film… which kinda makes sense because filming with them on lead isn’t ideal 🤦🏼♀️

Every when he’s being an absolute rat bag, I never get mad at him if he comes back to me so his recall is still pretty good.

Adventure is always on the horizon 🌅🌊🚐 the next 12 months the 3 of us (plus the cat 😂) are bus lifing around the West and NT before we restore a boat and then pack our backpacks for some big overseas travel again!
When 2020 happened we had to postpone our original travel plans, the ones we had hoped to hike with you during. We still hope to cross paths with you one day.
Oh and we started a YT channel too 😂 but yours is way more interesting than ours!
