In the first video of this new series, this graphic documentary features on site footage of two of the worst rail disasters in the UK filmed by witnesses at the scene and by the London Fire Brigade. It portrays the immense differences in patient care after a major incident from the old style "scoop & run" to today's modern on site triage and highly skilled Paramedics.

Just the mere mention of the words "Clapham Junction Disaster" strikes raw emotion through the hearts of most railwaymen. This disaster forced major changes to every level of railway operations in the UK. The "Hidden" report recommendations still apply to this day. One bloke, one wire, one relay...

My dad was almost in the Clapham Junction Disaster. He was due to get off the train after Clapham but decided to get off beforehand. If he hadn't of done that, he may not be around and I wouldn't exist. To this day, I get so scared when I'm on a train that goes through Clapham. I have panic attacks everytime. I wasn't in that disaster, but my dad very nearly was and it just seems so surreal to think

This is what will happen if you get rid of the NHS.....an ambulance service in disarray just like back in the 50s at Harrow. You have the fire brigade as first responders and this is the case in America today because people cant afford the private ambulances.
