    I just did a screen capture of your 30-year-old vs. my aging one, and I am shocked. I am just waiting for the actual report. Thank you for such a clear example. Off to watch the white matter one I just saw you had. Thank you again.

    I'm more forgetful now just from a year ago when first diagnosed. I'm on SSI now.. about a year ago I was driving, nothing looked familiar and I was lost yet I traveled the same way to my daughter's house all the time.

    How serious is 'diffuse cortical atrophy', or is it just normal aging?

    Great info! Can you comment on "Bilateral Parietal volume loss. Compared to MRI 1,2, 4 years prior" -55 yr female clinical symptoms, taking Aricept since scan. Symptoms since 2017. i wonder if you can comment or elaborate on this straightforward type of result?

    They were just did it on the same person that was talking about driving and getting lost. I have extreme my greens continuously and found out recently from an eye exam that I'm going blind because the retina is tearing from my brain. I'm extremely shaky and can no longer pour coffee or any drinks into a glass or a cup without spilling all over the place. This happened and I'm now 62 years old and forget almost everything including people's names.. once upon a Time my cholesterol was that 183 which I'm told is high and I did not quit smoking cigarettes so my doctor would not put me on any cholesterol meds. What I want to know is am I losing my memory SSI would not even allow me to work go to work part-time and still work they said they couldn't... My oldest granddaughter is 18 my youngest grandson is 1 years old and a brother on the way doing a couple months along with the granddaughter on the way from my other son. It's breaking my heart.😢

    Hello. I am 58 years old and an MRI was reported as excessive atrophy for age. I have had a neuroquant MRI indicating that I am in the 17th normative percentile in whole brain volume and 11th percentile in cortical grey matter. Do you think this is a precursor to Alzheimer’s? Could it be an early onset? I don’t know what to think. I have some family members that had Alzheimer’s but not until they were much older. I can send you the films and the report if you would like. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

      I had the same results this morning so I am curious to what the reply will be. My whole brain volume was in the 1 percentile and I just turned 50..
      Out of curiosity, are you also an MS patient?

    Does brain atrophy cause parkinsons disease symptoms or parkinsons disease itself?

    • @stellarwind1946
      @stellarwind1946 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Parkinson’s is what causes brain atrophy. The area of the brain where this occurs will determine what symptoms are present.

      What were the clinical symptom(s) that made your practitioner decide to MRI your infant? I'm going to guess your PCP ordered the test, but then I would have expected an immediate follow up with a pediatric Neurologist (who is the one most likely to be able to explain the prognosis from the study). Can you give some more detail?

      The best suggestion in this case is to have them evaluated by a pediatrician, pediatric neurologist, and/or ophthalmologist.

      @@TheLieyah Hi Mam, I’m Naveen from India and have recently subscribed your TH-cam channel. I work as digital marketing manager.
      Please don’t ignore my problem as I describe it below on detail;
      I have a kid with just 6 months old and recently we took an MRI and doctors said that he has CEREBRAL ATROPHY, but my kid is active on watching, smiling and the only delay is rolling in him, and unable to put the neck straight when lifted and unable to stand strongly with his feet when we lift on our hands.
      Doctor advised medication and said a daily physiotherapy is must until he crosses his milestones.
      We’ve already started doing it and observing little improvements.
      Can you just eloborate, should we worry about this or do you have any suggestions and encouragements and or his brain will grow as he grows and will fight all the milestones. Will my son be a normal as he grows as we observed and diagnosing earlier age.
      Kindly keep me posted on your thoughts and they’re really valuable.
