Same happens my wife in hospital hard get asl interpreter. Poor VRI almost i helped interpreter. Her sisters helped asl interpreter. She had Glioblaster cancer her brain. She died 20 days. I hate 100% VRI. When I go see doctor VRI I told them reschedule live ASL interpreter.
