      Bruhhh simple you doing it to yourself cut costs that you don’t need!!!! You can’t pay a vehicle loan a month? SELL THE FUCKEN VEHICLE TO OAY OFF THE LOAN. Trying not to come out negative. Then get your self a simple 3-4K car that WORKS it’s not hard…how bad do you want to get out of debt and start coming out positive. Who cares what you drive WHO THE FUCK CARES THEY DON’T PAY YOUR CAR LOAN ITS YOU! If you owe credit cards pay the one that has the least and pay more then the monthly amount then doing the SNOWBALL EFFECT!!! to destroy the fucken debt. After that START SAVING 10 months of emergency savings!!!!!! Recommend 10-20k! done deal once’s that’s done start putting money in the ROTH IRA!!!!! with a high rate interest that can accumulate. By the time your 55.5 years old you will have a NONE TAXED 2.5 million dollars for RETIREMENT FOR YOU TO DO WHAT EVER THE FUCK YOU WANT!!!!! Stop buying food every day stop shopping falling in a Amazon frenzy tighten up your money for atleast a full year and you will be out of debt with no problem!!!!

    Don’t worry too much about a car dealership pulling your credit multiple times. A credit pull for something like a auto loan disregards all other pulls for that purpose for a period of 30 days so if a dealer ends up pulling your credit 20 times over a period of three weeks that’s all going to appear on your credit report as one pull.

At what point is that utilization calculated? Is it how much you’ve spent in total that month? Or is it how much your balance is on the statement close date?

    I have a few older credit cards that have ridiculous yearly fees, from when I started rebuilding my credit. I can close those, and the age will continue to age? I didn’t know this. If this is the case, why can’t you close your oldest? In my instance, I never use the card and the fees are ridiculous and unnecessary…

    • @briancuriel8624
      @briancuriel8624 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Close it. You will take a temporary hit but it’s necessary and your score will always creep back up if you keep positive habits.
      Personally I would weigh out what is worth more to you at this point in time. Your credit or dollars spent for that card. If you are going to use your credit for a purchase soon (car, mortgage) I would hold off on closing it until after you’ve secured the purchase.
      If you’re not going to use your credit any time soon then I would close it as soon as possible. Like I said, your score will bounce back.

    • @BrownCoatFan
      @BrownCoatFan ปีที่แล้ว

      I realize you asked this 5 months ago so it may not be relevant anymore... But see if they have a card that you can downgrade to that doesn't have an annual fee. That may be a possibility and it still retains the age.

    So let me get this straight...
    If I had 70% credit utilization on my Discover It card, but pay it off in full before the statement close date, so it marks as 0% utilization, will it ding or boost my score? It's at 70%, so theoretically it'll ding you, but if it's payed off completely before the statement close date, according to this video, The bureaus won't see anything at all, so it might not do much anyway.
    Also, I just got approved for the Freedom Rise on top of my Discover It (that I may or may not have 70% utilization for this month), so will my approval for more revolving credit earn me more points?

    • @toyqta
      @toyqta ปีที่แล้ว

    But getting a mortgage for a small business owner is about as tough as pulling a newborns teeth. Nobody will touch it. Doesn't matter if yiur over 800, debt to income ratio just isn't there if your a good businessman. A good businessman pays as little in taxes as possible, legally.

      This information was useless to the demographic watching this video. Obviously your just flexing about yourself being a business owner. Also if you have the proper paperwork, tax records, W2s getting a mortgage as a small business owner with an 800 isn’t an issue at all. You may not like the process in place but the bank has to protect there interests and make sure you can pay back the loan. Self employed individuals are largely depending upon the economy to stay in business hence the risky decision for the bank to loan. I worked for AIG for over 10 years trust me with the proper documentation and that high of a score you shouldn’t have any real issues. I would suggest building a relationship with a local lender that way when you need to draw new paper it’s a simple conversation with your financial agent.
