It may be 2.30 pm here in London England but I’ve brushed my teeth and I’ve eaten and drunk my dinner of raw walnuts and fresh whole milk and I’m going to bed early as awake at 3.30 am. My feet are killing me from walking for 10 hours today. Raw walnuts and fresh whole milk boring but healthy and quick and cheap meal. Had raw broccoli and fresh orange juice and wilted and blitzed spinach milkshake and raw fresh eggs for brunch. Thanks for treating us to ASMR gold. Would love to see more like this. Love that you get head and shoulder and arm massage and back massage with hair wash. I feel stuffed full. And ready to sleep for a long time.
