- @queenNancie prepared one of the most common and authentic meals in Kenya for us in uganda. Omena and suku mawiki are one of the most common meals eaten by Kenyans and it is usually eaten with ugali (Posho). in uganda, we eat the same foods too but we definitely cook them in different ways, in this video Nancie cooked the meals the way it is done in Kenya and we gave our reviews of the meal after eating it.

Between 07:34-07:45 the "slippery vegetable" is that "mondrokolo" or "la'i" or the "molokhia" in Egyptian or "murere" in Kenya ? How about Bush okra or jute mallows (Corchorus olitorius) which I believe is "la'i"are succulent leaves that yield a slimy sauce very similar to that of okra pods which also refer to above ?
