The guy in game one could not have used the effect of street. The dimensional shifter was brought out by dark charmer. The effects of dimensional shifter were still activated after the link summon, so the dimensional shifter should have been banished So he should not have been able to activate the effect of street because there were no carts in either player grave at the time

The worst thing of all is that the same thing always happens.
I understand that I, an amateur, miss some effects but this is already absurd, how can you not know what shifter does?

Floo player cheated. The shifter should have been banished after opponent used it when he stole it with dark charmer. So he couldnt have banished it with Stri.
