This is AMAZING!!! Even as a millennial, I feel very outdated compared to Gen Z. This is so very informative for different generations relating to each other in the workforce!

    Hello 👋🏽
Is there any written material on the competing extremes teaching? I watched the Podcast and the GLS (GLN) talk but would really appreciate reading and sitting with some written material. Thanks Craig!

Have you considered telling THEM, as their boss, how YOU work, and with kindness but firmly, what YOUR expectations are? The kids need to know that you have the authority to make the changes, even though, at particular times, you might make yourself available to hear their needs or thoughts. Tip: it takes a lot more effort and emotional energy to meet EVERYONE else’s expectations, which in time, leads to “burn out”. The “younger” serves the “older” is the principle in life. This way of ‘life” is even observed by many animal species. One day at a time because until we use our personal power to protect our TIME, we will be unable to cope with the culture’s speed. Encourage young people to “treasure” their time alone, and their time to “process without pressure” creating there own boundaries to make good choices for their “preservation”. “No one knows the mind of a man, but the man….” 1 Corinthians: the “mind of Christ”. No one knows your needs but you.

“Blanket statements” or “stereotyping” show a lazy perception.
